It keeps saying connection fail
It keeps giving me a connection fail as I am finishing making my profile account. Can’t collect the diamonds even backing out of the app restarts the profile making

In the beginning, after setting up my profile, it won’t let me collect the gems? It says no connection every time I do
i wish i could play
i downloaded the game expecting a fun game but i could barely do anything because i had “wifi issues” but i have very good wifi and usually dont have problems with h this on other mobile games or even apps. :/
Doesn’t connect to internet
Can’t even begin to play because after I setup profile and try to collect the 350 gems, it tells me no internet connection, despite having internet connection. So I can’t even begin to play. Please help. Also, I tried to get help a different way, but what I could find wasn’t helpful. I dislike having to leave a review to report an issue.

Everytime I try to set up my profile to collect the 350 gems it says no wifi connection but I’ve tried uninstalling the app turning wifi off and back on using data nothing works
