I’ve used this app for many years. It was wonderful, I never ver had any problems with it. Now, it’s a nightmare. After iOs 15.2 it simply became a mess. I can organize my notes as many times I want, next time I open the app is all back to alphabetical order. No way to contact support either. Really disappointing.
I use UpWord constantly to make on-the-fly notes about almost anything, and use it to record everything from casual shopping notes to decisions at board meetings. There is only one thing I find irritating; the inability to go to the top of the document by double-tapping the top of the screen. Every other app has this ability, but not UpWord. To return to the top of a long document, one has to flick-scroll to the top. It’s time-consuming and could cause unwanted changes in the text. Otherwise, it’s a great app. 👍 2021-09-02 Update For some unknown reason, the select highlight doesn’t work if the keyboard is visible. If the keyboard is not present, select works but “cut” is not an option. You can copy, then go back and delete. It’s unbelievably irritating to be unable to select.
Today, by moving one note to a folder, all my other notes DISAPPEARED ! Where do they go ???
Do yourself a favor. Don’t bother with the free version. Register it right away. Then start exploring. There are so many ideas you can use this app for. I wish this app was included with every cell phone that is sold.
Good app! Used it for some time, but now sync with Dropbox is deprecated? Why? Why not use iCloud? Is this app still supported??

I have been using upword for soo long that I cannot remember the exact date...must be at least 10 years...I love UPWORD but it is not reliable. The password feature is my worry...It does not operate all the time...which means that all my information is not protected.
