Notes Writer Pro - Notas, PDF

It promises ease of use but doesn’t deliver on the promise. The home page lists areas that group files including cloud files but not everything I’ve sent to files has made it to there. Each time I manage to get a file on the Noteswriter page I save it as a new version. I’ve actually lost work when I thought I saved it. The user’s manual must have written for the beta version. When I figure out how to do something the process has nothing to do with the manual or isn’t there at all. There have been countless updates that list pages of new features but I can’t find many of them. I tried the Noteswriter Pro videos on YouTube and some of the directions don’t work. In the manual and on the YouTube screen the various headers are different, the drop down choices have been moved to other headers. The icons in the manual, the video and the app are all different. The web page indicates a whole new rewrite for iPadOS 18. If the next version is no better than the current version I will delete and move on.

Terrible app tools doesn’t work !! I want my money back ASAP!! Please

I’ve been using this app for awhile now,and it works great. A couple of this that would be nice to have fixed/changed. The collaboration I’d is clunky and doesn’t always update between users very well. If there was a way to push an update between users it would be nice. Also,it would be nice to be about to rotate images the way that free text can be rotated,into any position the user wanted,instead of four cardinal directions.

I upgraded to the pro but I can’t access anything that was done in the free version. What is the point in paying extra if I have to start over?

I didn’t need anything too elaborate for marking up PDF files. This app fit the bill perfectly! I can rely on their regular updates/bug fixes. I really appreciate the folder covers and auto backup. 👍🏽

I am dissatisfied as I have paid for the pro version to use for my school assignments. I am upset that I have been working on my assignment on this app and it did not save my work that I spent a lot of time doing. I need a refund ASAP.

My 1 year old paid version doesn’t work at all. Apple pencil doesn’t work. Fortunately the app still opens and I can read my old notes.

I have tried to import my file from the free version to the pro version and I have not being able to do that. Can you help me how to do it. If I go to the free version and try to import one file, a message come up saying that I have reached the max file I could transfer. Don’t have any file from my free version to the pro version. Don’t know if I was a waste money buying a pro version, if I can’t linked each other. Need help

It looks like I will have to stop using the app I paid for three versions ago. The last huge update has broken the app on my iPad. I was LITERALLY importing a document when it crashed. It now force closes two seconds after I open it. I have contacted the developers several times, and their latest answer (after I installed two more updates) was to use it for a few days and see how it does. HOW DO I DO THAT WHEN IT DOESN'T OPEN? Luckily, I had linked it to my iCloud, so many of my documents are saved, but it didn't back up everything it was supposed to, so some things have been lost. I also can't open up the documents I made in the app in any other app, so those are gone, too. I have given up, and am moving to Goodnotes 6. I am very disappointed, because it was a good app before they decided to break it, even though it did have its glitches. Update: the app is updated to the most recent iteration, and has been the entire time. It still closes immediately upon opening.

I purchased this app literally just a few months ago at full price, and then the app developer out of the blue decides to start charging a monthly fee to use the app. Now I am locked out of an app that I purchased. DO NOT BUY!!!
