Seems to work great. Subscribing makes it stop working?

I got the free trial, it worked great. Tried to export the text, it said subscribe to pro. I was like, “listen, you’re very nice but how about a second date before we get married”… I paid for a month to give it a little more consideration, and it stopped working. I just received an email informing me that I’ll be subscribing for a year, but it hilariously it still won’t give me more than 5 minutes of transcription. It’s pretty disappointing. Anyways, yeah, fantastic software on the free trial, but when you pay for it it goes squrrely and tries to take more of your money than you agreed to. I want to be angry, but I’m hoping a fair review might get me a little closer to a solution. Let’s go Notta, what’s the deal?

Beware!

No where in the app did it tell me beforehand that my audio recording will be recorded in entirety but they will hold the transcription hostage after you stop recording to get you to sign up for the year membership 😒 I transcribed a very important conversation with my doctor that now i have no access to as i chose to depend on this app. Make it make sense 🤨 I have ADHD and frequently forget details my doctor mentions in an appointment such as dosage and medication names. Therefore I having an app that does all the remembering for me, while i can actually pay attention in the appointment was what I was looking for.

I love this app, it hasn’t given me any clitches easy to use, I should know I am not very tech savvy
