I turned the notifications on for tickets with all other options turned off. I keep getting updates during games of yellow cards, goals, substitutions etc, which is quite annoying.

Easy to sign up and really helpful when giving advice on how to use. Love the additional features including line up and match predictions. Love it!

Logs me out all of the time.. why? Why don’t you have facial recognition? Why does it need to log out? Tickets… you have an app… why do I need to log in to an app, then log in to a website from the app… you’re developers couldn’t Integrate the shop or ticket sales? I have to log on about 5 times just to get anything, and the ticket sales then end up to be buggy as sht anyway. Its like nobody tests the app before just pushing it out. We are a prem league club… sort it out.

It’s a real headache that I have to keep the app open when listening to forest player.

I can see others have had same problems and nobody has bothered to fix two issues: 1. App keeps logging you out 2. Cannot put iPhone in lock or minimise app without radio commentary stopping Due to these reasons I will not be paying/subscribing. Please fix these problems so fans who don’t have season tickets can enjoy the matches

The app was generally pretty reliable last season. Recent update has completely killed it in terms of listening to the commentary we pay good money for. You must now keep the app open (cannot switch away) and cannot lock the screen. Otherwise commentary stops. A longer standing issue is that it appears to not be using usual audio APIs and so you cannot control things like Airplay as you would expect. App also aggressively logs you out and logging back in is very annoying. Fans pay a decent amount of money for what should be a simple service: stream audio commentary for those not in range of Radio Nottm. That it can no longer do this without being hostile to the user is really not on.

I live outside of the Nottingham radio border so I subscribe for the commentary mainly. When I click to listen to a live match all I get is an error saying I don’t have the correct entitlements. Absolute joke when I pay every month. *I don’t use VPN *my subscription is active *I have an internet connection.

Since the last bug fix , I can no longer use it . Not sure why ?
