Час доставки перенесли. І навіть у новий час не вклалися. На відділенні не ввічливе спілкування, у поштомати доставляють не вчасно. Вартість підняли, а сервіс як був поганим, так і лишився. У додатку зафіксувати звернення не вдається, пише error

Please. Add a possibility to archive a delivered parcel from the list, which was forwarded to you from another person. I can perfectly archive all my received packages but cannot archive “entrusted to receive from”. They all stay in the list. It is so annoying!

The app is not functioning correctly. Firstly, the official website does not allow registration with a U.S. phone number, unlike the mobile app, which provides the option to choose a U.S. country code. However, after entering the country code, you will not receive an SMS with a confirmation code, no matter how many times you try. When you contact customer support through the official website about this issue, they inform you that registration from the U.S. is not currently possible because no branches are open in the U.S. yet. My question is, why is the option to select the U.S. available only in the mobile app, and why was this app approved for publication on the official Apple Store? The product provider positions on all of its websites that it delivers packages from Ukraine to the USA. In reality, a person located in the USA has no way to create this shipment, track it, or manage it through their personal account, nor can they register.

Новое приложение гораздо хуже старого, интерфейс интуитивно не понятен. Невозможно добавить новый номер ТТН, в старом приложении просто надо нажать знак плюс справа в верхнем углу. Я вернулся к старому приложению. Зачем было его выпускать вообще? Доработали бы старое, абсолютно правильно работающее приложение, если хотели добавить новую функциональность.

Не грузить посилки на головному екрані, світиться прелоадер весь час.

Разрабы пошли по современному тренду делать большие, красивые и бесполезные элементы управления в редизайне, когда привычные кнопки/пункты теперь нужно искать/листать/куда-то заходить. И даже главный экран тут бесполезный + привычное «потянуть вниз» для обновления не работает на списке посылок. Для обновления нужно потянуть верхнюю панель с ограниченным шагом хода. Я пока посижу на старой аппке
