Way too expensive app

Some interesting stories, but not worth the price compared to the other similar apps around. Way to expensive…

Apps definitely a 5 star but the chapters are to small, and it’s really expensive

Needs work.. to many bugs

The app works but there are many issues that has yet to be fixed after messing with the pass for the past 2-3 months… There is the issue where if it’s an audio book, it does not tell you if it’s a AI audio book or if it’s using actual Voice Actors in the audiobook… (perfect example at the time of writing this… if your Reading Shadow Slave you will know there is 700 chapters but out of the 700 chapters only chapter of 404 have the good audio and then it switches to AI afterwards… they are updating these files almost daily so if you read this it will be further along but you will find it) Another issue is that the chapter lists might be in order but a lot of times the chapters the app will jump all over the place and won’t stay in order of the chapter lists… (this is most see between chapters 350-400 in Shadow Slave) Another issue is that there will be times where I want to listen to a certain chapter but then the app will load for a fraction of a second then jump to the next chapter… in order to get this to work I had to hit the back button for the previous chapter and then hit the rewind for 10 seconds button a lot of times to finally get the app to come to its senses…. Clearing the cache does seem to help with this last one but it’s like I have to do it almost daily to get it to work properly… And my last thing is that if you buy the Plus Subscription…, your practically make coins pretty much useless which leaves almost no desire to try to maintain a daily check in for extra coins as they will only expire as long as you have the subscription in place…

Do not bother

I downloaded it and decided to get a subscription to continue the story where I left off, but it kept saying there is an issue, and I have spent over $50+ on this, trying to get this to work, I’m upset. Honestly don’t even bother.

Don’t Download Unless You Like Being Robbed

About a month ago the app glitched and I lost access to my account and for some reason my password wasn’t working so I tried to change the password. However, upon receiving the link I realized the link wouldn’t work because something was wrong on their end. I immediately emailed the app developer and was sent down a rabbit hole of “troubleshooting solutions” that never solved anything. I’d sent screenshot after screenshot, video recordings of me trying to access my account unsuccessfully, and after two weeks of back and forth with no resolution, they stopped responding all together. I tried resolving the issue across multiple devices and I have requested a new link at least 30 times to no avail. Two days prior to this I had spent $50+ paying for chapters to books and a membership that I now can’t access because the app developer has done absolutely nothing to assist me and now won’t respond to my emails asking for assistance or a refund. I have downloaded some bad apps, but this one is by far the worst I’ve encountered to date and their customer service is subpar at best.

You have to pay to finish the books. You earn free coins but can’t use them. Looked up in the help section and it still had no information on how to use the coins without a membership. Not sure why they give coins that you can’t use. Nice stories but payments isn’t worth it nor is it enough to finish a story.

Hate this app

Downloaded the app excited about the audio books I’d listen to but was extremely disappointed. I was listening to a book when it asked for payment for the next chapters. I payed for the subscription then it asked me to make an account. I used my email to make an account and now it won’t let me listen to the book anymore. It keep asking for payment but when trying to redo subscription I get an error message stating I already have a subscription and there’s an error. 😫😫 I wasted money on a stupid app that doesn’t work.
