Unusable app
Dropped point on floor plan is not movable. Cannot upload photo from the phone when first time lodging the defect. Have to go out, click back on the defect list then the upload photo option shows up. Hang and error exception. GUI needs to improve to improve user experience.
Doesn’t work on new iOS
Tried using the app on iOS 17.0.3 on iPhone 15 and it doesn’t work. Tried using another phone with iOS 16.6.1, still don’t work. Please upgrade the app… thanks
Cannot upload photos
Very inconvenient when the apps cannot upload photos.
App is blank
I had try to log in and keep getting been ask to register email and after that it will be blank and it’s been awhile and even though trying to update the app but there is nothing for me at all.
Buggy and not user friendly
App does not seem to work on my new iphone 14 with IOS16.2. Goes blank after i tried to key in ID. Also- app does not provide any user friendly way of resetting password. Forgot password does not help and you will have to contact Novade support for assistance. This app is built to serve the developers only but zero user friendliness or help to users.
Always hang
5 day a week hang 3 day even just to press confirm
Faulty
Ios 12.5.5 / iphone6 cant run this app. Always crash.

Not user friendly
How can a defect report app not allow one to upload photo? Please be mindful that owners aren’t staying at the place yet and usually will take photos of the defect first before reporting. Have a clear understanding of your customer flow in order to achieve a better user experience.
