Thought it was my phone at first! But it is super laggy? Is noone fixing it?

I find using this app is super time consuming as it is super lag!!!

The app is laggy and hangs a lot - when trying to enter the app, 9 times out of 10 it just stays stuck on a loading screen for minutes at a time. It’s basically unusable.
