Scam and Bad customer service
MY FIRST AND LAST BUYING TO THIS STORE! I didn’t receive my item, and they took ages to reply. I waited for 3 months to fix this matter, but in the end, they told me to file a police report because of my missing package. They didn’t even follow their policy regarding misplaced packages. In addition, I contacted DHL Express regarding my package, but they told me the tracking number was not mine, and I don’t have a package under my name. It’s so frustrating because I paid $400 for nothing!
