Charged excessively during my trip
I was charged over 50 percent more than the fare during my trip. After speaking with various customer service representatives, I was informed by the owner that the additional charge was due to heavy traffic congestion. As a frequent user of Uber, Ola, and Indrive, I have never encountered such issues; these companies typically investigate the circumstances and promptly refund any overcharges when the customer is not at fault. Unfortunately, the owner of this Novo cab company lacks the ability to resolve disputes, and despite numerous discussions, I have yet to receive a refund. I strongly recommend avoiding this app for local travel and suggest using auto services or established ride-sharing options like Uber, Ola, or Indrive instead.
