They charge extra money and they show the other amount during booking the cab

The cab driver charged me extra 100rs even in your app it was showing me 97rs from madeenshahib to hawal He took 200rs from me Very bad experience will not recommend this app to anyone

Firstly, no one was accepting the ride. Then I got a call from their office and they scheduled the cab. After reaching my destination, his app showed double rate than usual rate and the location was also wrong. I paid 400 instead of 200.

They have a baddest Driver’s in the world first they will start giving excuse that you have book, non-AC or you have book AC. But the things there is no any option to book a AC or non-AC. They were uniform so call Chaddi and T-shirt and language it’s like a Jhopad Patti Walla, so we will definitely escalate this matter and we will definitely try to ban nova legally and one more thing, they have no proper authority. That’s the reason they using white plated, private cars not providing to the customers yellow plate. tourist car

I am getting lots of scam text and calls from pakistan after registering on this app. I used my new number only on this app thats why i am 100% sure they leaked my data.

I tried this so cal cab services for the very first time and es expected! The drivers don’t even bother to accept the ride request even tho when they are around! Even tho if you will reach out to customer support! There is not a positive feedback from them! 👎🏻👎🏻

In the beginning it was a very good app now if you try 1000 times to book a cab it wont get easily booked and it shows different price while booking nd then when we reach to the destination it shows different one more thing some drivers of novo cab are really rude nd ill mannered i am very disappointed with this service now plz look onto it

Charged me whooping 409 rupees for 6 kilometres. Pathetic..

Bhai na toh app banay but only for Srinagar Baramulla sopore and all kaha jaye ga Bruh unka bhi toh Scho na thoda sa and App ko thoda aur ach sa develop kro 👍

This app doesn’t shows the proper location i think developers need alot of work to do with this app alot of bugs and it never showed any perfect location and cab service was never available in this app
