Its scammmmm
This is the worst app ever, I booked for therapy session for 1200, and schedule was given but ther was psychologist from ther side, I called the customer care nimber, no answer from them aswell, next day I got the message saying , some trouble connecting blaa, then I requested them for refund of money, since April they are saying, refund initiated, but I didn’t get any since 3 months!!! Now they stopped answering my calla
Not able to book session even after paying full amount
I tried to book session multiple time they deducted my money and now they are showing error in booking session it’s so frustrating plus their helpline s@cks I didn’t get any response
Money wasted
No Counseller is giving any proper advice, they are just asking for more and sessions booking and money that’s it
Great concept executed poorly (worst experience so far)
Worst software experience and customer service!! I booked a chat and the app was stucked on loading my request after payment and eventually got crashed!! I got my amount back in their wallet which surprisingly doesn’t show up in transaction gateway for redeeming it
Dissatisfaction
Such a useless app. Wasted my money in an instead. I didn’t got any confirmation even after paying the money. I waited for 15 minutes though the money was deducted before the chat.
Password and creating account issues
When I’m inserting a password, it’s saying creating account and then telling me to confirm password but the account is actually not creating and the password ain’t confirming. Please look at it. Thanks
FRAUD APP
ITS BEEN MORE THAN 10 days - YET NO REPLY FROM THE TEAM. Don’t waste your money on this useless app. This just shows they are waiting to just mint money from you and don’t care about mental health or anything else that they advocate on their page- AT ALL. Even After multiple attempts to reach out to them nobody has still reached me back or tried to look into my issue - insta or through mails. Their app has Lot of issues - and not 1 point of contact to fix it. Overall I spent 600 bucks… for NOTHING. No services given at all. Completely not done. Hence fraud team , fraud services, and fraud concept!
