Most convenient App

I’ve been giving chance to this app over 1 year and every single order was late around 1-1.30 hour. Cancelling the main ingredients I need without trying to replace them,when I contact chat support to cancel the order because now there is no use of the rest for me they don’t reply and still send me the rest.Just one of the examples. Today I ve been trying to get support for my order that’s been delayed as always and this guy just kicks me out of the chat. You guys managed to ruin every single delivery day for me and it’s finally the time to leave my first ever comment and delete this app.

I'm extremely disappointed with this grocery app. Every time I place an order, items are either canceled or out of stock. After giving it multiple chances, I've had enough. I will be deleting the app for good.

Better to order directly from the shop/store. It took me almost 2hrs . Until i have to contact the store, only to find out they are just waiting for NowNow delivery guy to pick up. Pathetic.

Noon have call center number for now now but they are always busy and noon dos not know anything about now now the app always says location not found even if you allow permission to the app no helpline no use of this app

I just wish upon you that you never receive a wrong order by mistake. Otherwise, you will have to reach customer by chat more than 5 times only for them to tell you your issue has been shared with the concerned team every time. Finally you’ll get an email and a call after 12h of the issue happening. You’ll arrange a pick up ( let’s say 7PM) for them to never come, never call you. Also since the items you originally ordered are not in stock they tell you a replacement is not possible. Bear in mind, the items I received wrongly went bad already. Since no one came or called, the day after, you reach again customer support, and it’s the same generic apology every time, and no action. No updates, no calls, and a REFUSAL to provide a refund for an issue that was not caused by you. This happened June 11, were June 13 and still no news about refund or anyone from nownow team. So yeah, they are great, until you get an issue. Then say bye to whatever money you spent. Worst experience ever. Hello Instashop, you gained a customer.

Always late and every time I complain that just apologize and nothing changes , deleting the app now

The worst app I ever used, they simply cancel your order or remove item without giving you replacement option

Can not change address in the application, did everything what customer service told me to do. They said they will get back to me and never did!!! Still can’t change the address!!! I would never never use that again. There are so much better service providers then that horrible company. No person to talk to, bad really bad

I ORDERED MY GROCERIES LITERALLY 5 hours ago, they didn't deliver my order and mark it as delivered. THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT SAID IT WILL BE DELIVERED NEXT DAY (lol it is marked as delivered) The MOST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
