Good app good help slow help response
I recently switched to an iphone and have a lifetime subscription to this app. I contacted nrange help a few times to get the app running. It took about a year to get it working but yesterday the person on the other end (no idea who it was as they don’t identify themselves) finally re-set me somehow and now my app is working. Great app and the help guy (or gal) yesterday was excellent. One down side is that you can go weeks without someone responding to your need for help. But when they get back to you, they are helpful. So I give a 3.5 out of five.
