Waiting order
I texted 4 times. Try to call 4 times more and nobody cares about your staff. Shipping is the worst in Canada. Costumer services also I BAD and nobody cares about inquiries and problems. I order December 31 and didn’t receive nothing. They said 2 days to shipping but 12 days and nothing. Poor service.
Still Waiting for Order
I placed my order on December 26, 2022 and still have not received a confirmation email that my items have been shipped? No one will reply to my emails and no one answers the phone number provided?! I ordered from this company because they’re Canadian and would never think to have these issues.
App is obviously bad.
One of the worst shopping apps I’ve ever used. You guys need to do better.
