My latest order from nrtc was very bad I ordered some fruits and found out that they were expired I tried to get a refund but there were no options

I wish to order 1 time without damage items, or missing items , every time you promise that it is last time and next time i will receive fresh item its not true it’s just lies to us, i think it will be my last time to order from this place, i think i give enough chances to you to improve your items and services but it seems it will never happen, it become worse and worse every time

The app itself isn’t very good. The search function often gives you items completely unrelated to what you are looking for, it crashes every once in a while and customer support can be slow sometimes. But, to be fair, the produce is very good quality and the prices are good so I stick with it.

Flavourful papaya

I ordered 2 times by website and it was perfect service, only some issue with application when I choose login it’s closing.

I ordered 3 kinds of lettuce, cherry tomatoes, ginger, nectarine, grapes, 2 kinds of berries, mushrooms, 2 kinds of bell pepper, and so much moreeee... everything I received was just PERFECT and tastes amazing. I placed the order through the app at night and received it next morning. I love it and will definitely order all my fruits and vegetables from here. 👍👍👏👏
