I’ve been using Nsb bank for 20-25 years and Nsb app for about 1-2 years. Bank or the app has some issues every month . Always system down, no proper hotline to contact the customer service. They always escape from customer complaints. Every month issues in the system,app , or debit card. So I request other customers not open an account in this bank or don’t use this app
Why app is getting down frequently (by saying regular maintenance), without any notice.? For the last week, it happened Saturday, and again in this Monday.
This app struck on iOS 17- 18. Although an awareness was given about it, no intelligent officer was found to understand it
I’ve been using NSB app for quite a some time now but recently it has been giving a lot of trouble and inconvenience. The latest is that it crashes every time when I try to send money using the app, it crashes and has to try several times to succeed. Which is causing me thinking of moving from NSB to another bank as a primary account.

Unable to do online transactions in most critical times. Has been happening for nearly an year . Please fix this bug. Horrible experience
There few important concerns that I have. 1) cannot go back once I click the till savings history 2) Till savings for a transaction only working for the default one even we add for all. 3) No filtering for the account statement. Needs to be shown at least up-to 30 details. Currently showing transactions in statement up to 10 only. 4) Need more details about the account. Branch / Balance / Holds / Savings Type 5) Most of the time it is failing the transactions done by other added cards or accounts. 6) Standing orders are not working properly if we add 2 or more. It is better that we are allowed to edit current standing orders. 7) It is needed to allow editing saved payee details. 8) Needs to add future standing orders with user selected start date. Currently we are allowed to add standing orders when we start a transactions.
