Fix it
Could someone please fix this app? It’s soo close to being great but the broken zoom and out of date maps make it useless..

Description
View geology maps and airborne geophysical images produced by the Geological Survey of NSW (Australia). The maps and images are downloaded to your phone so that no mobile reception is required in the field. Your location is always indicated on the map, and the map can be re-centred to your current location at any time with just one touch. The simplified geology map displays 106 broad rock types and is interactive. When the screen is touched the name and age of the underlying rock type is displayed in a pop-up. When the pop-up is touched, additional information is displayed. A detailed geology map of the eastern part of NSW will soon be available. This will also be interactive and provide information on approximately 3,000 rock units.
A useful tool for NSW geologists, engineers, farmers, environmental consultants and students and anyone interested in geology, landforms and soils.
Note that when you first run the app, the simplified geology map of NSW is downloaded automatically, but you can pause or cancel this download at any time.

Good idea poor execution
Still can’t zoom in on the app
Resources are getting dated
I suppose rocks don’t change however that’s not the case with solar, wind and hydro. Data from 2014 is pretty useless in 2022.
Use of NSW geology app no longer works
Used to be great but latest version drops out when you zoom it Sad it used to be great now almost worthless Please pretty please fix it Thanks John Lawrie

This looks to be a great application that I could get a lot of use from, but with no zoom on IOS it is just a picture of NSW. ☹️

This is a great app, but the latest version will not allow me to zoom in to a location.
Great but some suggestions
Great app for use on fieldwork. Version update seems to have bug causing maps to disappear when zoomed in. Also would be good to have a scale bar and link location icon to phone compass so you can gauge a rough bearing to the outcrop. This would be similar to googles little shaded area around the icon.
Where has the zoom gone
Great app.... but what’s happened to the zooming in? Sort of useless now (in my line of work) without the ability to pin point exactly where you are. Please fix

This was a really useful app when doing fieldwork but it now blanks out when you zoom in. Please please fix!
