hi, i just downloaded the app and i could make an account but after that it closed my app so i tried to reopen it but after opening it, it crashes. everytime ):

I like to compare prices on all websites before I buy a pair of shoes so I’m looking this place has the highest prices and it is deathly hard to look for one type of shoes if you buy from here you’re getting scammed an average 150$ shoes was 320$ on here all of the 5 star reviews are very sketchy just look at the names and their one sentence reviews

I bought shoes on one of their live auctions. The auction host misrepresented the value of the shoes, and failed to disclose that they all had damaged boxes, and are actually labeled as "Not Suitable for Sale!” They also charged me $80 to ship me 4 pairs of shoes in one box. I tried several times to contact them but they refused to accept a return. Find another place to buy your sneakers where you can have confidence in the products and your business dealings.

prices where anywhere from 2 to 3 times of ebay or stockx and this app dose not have the reputation that stockx has better off using stockx

So it is a decent app all in all, really great sellers and some great deals. Only issue is it could use improvements. First of all, it would be great if I could bookmark items I’m interested in so I don’t have to sit in a stream for hours waiting for the item to get ran. Second it would be cool if we could pre-bid on items in case we can’t make it to the stream when item gets ran. There are a bunch of other things as well but those two are what I can think of off the top of my head. ALSO! Customer service needs to actually service the customers! My girlfriend is still waiting since NOVEMBER for a refund on $300+ worth of clothes she bought in a stream that turned out to be fake! NTWRK step your game up!

Cannot change shipping address after order has been placed even if it has not been shipped out yet, no refund policy, and the customer service is basically non existent, I have constantly sent emails and requests, and even though it says you will get a response 24 to 48 hrs, they never email you back. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Never buying from here again.

Miss there store in Burbank but so glad they have a platform on your app! They are the reason to love art figures and just figures overall. Love their page and lives!

I enjoy using this app. The main thing that keeps me coming back is the mystery games. If I wanted to just buy shoes at retail or more I would go to the 10000s of other places.
