It’s been very helpful.

I was skeptical at first but my partner is a physiotherapist and mentioned the studies behind beta wave technology. So I decided to give it a go and purchased it And boyyy, let me tell you how hard i slept trying it the first time! Since then, ive been using it daily! Ive always had an issue with sleep so this has been super helpful. I also tried the focus tracks and someone with ADHD, this has been extremely helpful with work. In the end, it’s worth every penny.

No sign in option and other “things”

I can’t sign in for the premium option even though I am a subscriber. Well, to be honest I tried not be a subscriber but I have no response from the CS team. Overall, I’m openly displeased.

Bring back the old app

New one is poorly put together and makes it less personal. Plus, tracks should have high res download options for full frequency files.

New app issues

Loved the ability to select tracks with the old app. I found this update to the app lacks versatility. I appreciate that they would to collect data, but I find the questions after each sessions to be redundant
