Great app, easy to use.

The app is incredibly bad also bad support of the app ordering thru the app couple of time taxi not arriving or late 30,40 mins also when you cancel taxi or they cancel it you have to rise a ticket to get refunded from website DGcars it’s better to give a call and order through the phone…

Do not use this app ! The company took my money and changed the address I booked for them when they wer “out side “ I got a call saying the order had been cancelled and to book another taxi then I booked another taxi and they took my money then I got a call saying they don’t operate past 2 o’clock. This app is a scam do not use !!

For anyone looking for taxis in Cambridge. They have a never expiring promo code “FRESHERS20” put this in every time you book!

This app works relatively well, but with one major flaw. If you book in advance, you expect a driver to be ready, and to arrive at your door when requested. Instead, the app searches for a driver 15 minutes before, and if none are available, you’re left waiting. I have missed trains because of this. When booking in advance, you expect certainty.

booked 3 different times where the driver accepts the ride but does not actually leave, left waiting for 15 mins whilst the driver is stationary and there’s nothing to do because if you cancel you lose your money. seems cheaper than uber but so much worse

I was charged for a trip despite that the driver entered that he arrived and he kept calling me asking me to meet him in different places! The driver has never arrived and the trip has not taken place and I was charged. No way to call support and they have not responded to two forms that I submitted!

I think this is the most useless app of all time. Tried to book a taxi many many times. Never gets dispatched. Nobody in my area. No point of it really. Deleting it now.

Yes a driver is dispatched, but the driver isn’t coming this way. I wasted my time and money :(
