Love everything about this app. It has truly opened my eyes to spending. 2021, I decided to dedicate the entire year to log every purchase (income and outcome) to see how much I’m spending. I thought I understood the word “economise” but this app visualised it to a whole level. I don’t have any suggestions as to where the developer could take it. By far the best indie app out there.
This app has become ‘buggy’ of late. Despite starting a new week, and not overspent the previous week, it’s states I’ll be over budget 🥴
Otherwise love it
Responsive dev and fantastic app that just works; it's budgeting made simple!
I love this app and I’m so excited about utilising it, I also love its simple UI and basic ideas but it needs many improvements to make it worth the money. I imagine some of these are in the pipeline but I’d love to see a few these come to the app to make it 5 stars! Some of these may be bugs so to try resolve that I’m using the iPhone 12 Pro Max on iOS 14.3 Improvements: - I know you can add income but I’d really like the ability to schedule income in the app for known upcoming payments that weren’t expected in the monthly budget and haven’t been received yet. - when signing up and also under settings I’d like to set my current balance so I can not only see what I’m spending but have a true representation of what I have left to spend and to extend on this maybe see when I get my next payment so I know when I can purchase things and have much I can spend. For example having £10 spending left near the start of a month is worse than £10 when a payment is around the corner. - to add with the income it could be nice to add upcoming outgoing money that isn’t recurring but still planned, to again better track future budget not only current budget. So far I think these are a nice goal but I’m sure there are many more suggestions and I’ll likely add to this list as I find more. Otherwise I am very happy with the app and I can’t wait for future updates!
I’ll say first and foremost I used to love this app when my income was consistent and I wasn’t required to change my budgets for savings, expenses and spending money each month. However, now that my income has changed this month and I’ve had money left over from the previous month, I honestly can’t figure out how to simply indicate I have X amount of spending money left based on an income of X in the previous month (including unspent money), all the while my savings have not changed nor my outgoings. I’ve tried to adjust the scale values but unfortunately I can’t see any way to ‘fix’ my expenses or my savings tabs which means they keep automatically adjusting to the new values. Perhaps I’m doing something wrong, but all I’m trying to do is use the budgets flexibly and update individual values without having other values change as well.
One of my favourite apps for sure- if you’re on the fence of buying, go for it and take solace in knowing you’re supporting indie apps!
This is an incredible budgeting app, it’s simple beautiful aesthetic is matched by its to the point features, no bloat and no faff. The thing I love the most is that everything important, e.g. inputting or viewing previous transactions are available right away in the least amount of clicks! I also really like the budget is an overall view first, making it clear how much comes in and out within your chosen period (month, week etc) and adding new reoccurring expenses is really quick and easy. The insights are great, clear to the point and all useful information! I really like that I can breakdown everything by day, week, month, quarter or year on insight, history or budget pages. Lastly, new features are coming thick and fast! Being able to test new experimental features is fantastic and i think it’s truly amazing that new features do not take away from the least clicks as possible simplicity. As an aside, I wished more apps were approached in the same way as this. Keep up the amazing work!
Really great app from a simplicity and aesthetics angle. My small issues were quickly addressed by the developer and I can now wholeheartedly recommend it. All too often these kind of apps go too far in an attempt to please. This one gets the balance perfectly. Very good widgets, really make you aware of where you are in your budget.
