The normally straightforward journey from Delhi to Haridwar, which typically takes around 4-4.5 hours, was severely hindered by frequent bus stops. The 1.5-hour snack break and the bus's operational delays resembled those of government buses from two decades ago.
From last two times they have change the bus timings without any notification.
Waste of booking in this app bus will cancel with out what’s app message they will provide normal message but who see the normal message they will send ticket and when to come to boding point but they will not text in what’s app that bus got cancelled
They will leave you stranded
I have booked my journey Delhi (pick up point Karol Bagh) to Jaipur . Pick up timing is 10:30 pM. And a message came to me that your ride is rescheduled due to operational reason so now your pick up time is 11:20 pM. I make a call to the customer care that I got this message from your side what I do he says no problem bus is at the charging station and will arrive shortly in the mean time I also check the live location of the bus but the didn’t move it’s original position I.e at Mohan garden. And again I make the call to the customer care they said bus is coming in few minutes be there. I said ok I’ll wait @ 11:30 again I make the call that bus is not arrived yet again he said bus is coming. Again I called at 12:15 am I said bus is not came yet and all of sudden he said that your bus is at Gurugram I said waiting from 10:20 to 12:20 now what I do parallely I calling to you your conductor not picking the call now you said bus is at Grurgram and the app showing the location is still at Mohan garden. On that day I called customer care 5 times between 10:30 to 12:30. I asked the customer care what should I do now he said we will return your money at 12:30 what should I do after that I return to home and next day book the train.
You wont be able to login so leave aside of user experience.

Despite the high stakes of my trip, the bus company offered no assistance or compensation for the inconvenience caused. The overall experience was disappointing and stressful, casting a shadow over what should have been a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. My scheduled bus was set to depart at 10:15 PM from RK Ashram Marg, Delhi. I arrived at the pickup point well ahead of time, but the bus did not arrive as scheduled. Attempts to contact the provided phone number were unsuccessful, as the number was switched off. I subsequently reached out to customer care and interacted with four different agents. The first three agents did not provide an alternative contact number. It was only after speaking with the fourth agent that I was given the bus driver's contact information. Upon reaching the driver, I was informed that the bus was still charging and would be delayed by 45 minutes. At around 12:15 AM, I contacted the driver again for an update and was instructed to travel to ISBT Kashmiri Gate at my own expense. I paid ₹150 for an auto-rickshaw to reach Kashmiri Gate, from where the bus eventually picked me up. I arrived at my destination the following day around noon. This experience left me feeling frustrated and deceived. If I had not managed to contact the driver, I might have abandoned my trip altogether. The lack of timely communication and reliable customer support was particularly distressing and unacceptable. I urge you to review this incident and implement measures to prevent such occurrences in the future. Clear and consistent communication is essential for customer satisfaction, especially in time-sensitive situations. I hope the bus company takes steps to improve their communication and reliability to prevent future travelers from facing similar issues. **I was not willing to write such a big review but actually am sitting free this time in City land travels and travelling back to Delhi. These buses are very comfortable in all means.**
The bus was 2 hours late and i asked to give me a refund because I couldn’t board at night they agreed and now its been 10 days i am constantly calling them but their staff is rude and arrogant and they dont revert or solve your issue
App is unresponsive in ios. Customer care number is not working. I have booked bus at 11:40 AM from Vijayawada to Hyderabad and waited for almost an hour. Unable to contact customer care. Last manager told that the bus has been cancelled and. Not informed to customer. The basic communication is missing with NueGo services.
