Please, an iPad version!

I love Nugs, use it every day, but please can it get an iPad version so that I can watch Dead shows whilst I cook? Thanks for all you do! Take care!

Never worth it

I get second tired of things like this pay for expensive earbuds to get this to be 360 sound and there’s nowhere where you can experience it for free. It’s some bloody scandal.

Just came across this site after a Springsteen gig fantastic

SCAM

TL:DR: SCAM, FAKE “7 day free trial” The app promises you a 7 day free trial at every step, however you will be charged their bloated prices immediately. If you want to go with their free trial to test the app like me don't even bother as your money will be immediately taken. To top things off the music selection is as small as their morals. I don't know if the owners are so starved that they need to lie just to make people pay their overpriced prices. Like come on man 7 day free trials are sacred respect that thing man. Very disappointed still trying to get my money back

Rights issues means purchases no longer play on the app

Spent a reasonable sum on Springsteen live recordings and now they will play back on the app due to “rights reasons”. Never had that experience with things like Apple Music or Amazon. No refund. Discourteous (indeed rude and dismissive customer service). Avoid. Untrustworthy in my view

My library

Have brought 27 Springsteen shows, and happily listened to them, however now they are unavailable in my territory after I payed for them and listened to them in the past!

Nugster will not load on IMac. Is this being sorted? I cannot down load files I have bought. Regards
