Turn off the back ground music!!

Good but…

My daughter loves this app and plays it quite a bit so I thought it would be worth giving the subscription a go (usually I despise subscriptions). It wouldn’t request permission from her iPad so I did it from my phone only to find that it won’t share the paid subscription. Filled in the support request on the website a little while ago and haven’t heard anything back. I need my phone so it’s a completely useless subscription. Good app but I don’t recommend it 😔

Buggy buggy buggy

How do you turn the background music off? It plays over everything, including the “games” and the videos, which seem to have their own music, so you just end up with a jumbled incomprehensible cacophony. The music even continues when the app freezes. The “games” are truly bizarre. The first one is just the number one block staring at you. What do you do? Stare back? You can’t tap anything except the back button. Obviously something is broken because in another “game” Six introduces a quiz that never happens. This app is unfit to be published. Stop using children as unpaid testers for your product, Blue-Zoo. Poor form. So weird that such a quality educational brand as Numberblocks has such poor quality control on its game. It is truly disappointing how fraught with bugs this app is, as our son is a HUGE Numberblocks fan. This poorly made app has soured his enjoyment of the whole franchise.

Constant issues with freezing

My kids love numberblocks. The activities and content are fine except there are just constant issues with freezing. This hasn’t been resolved through multiple app updates. The monthly subscription cost is already steep for the amount of content but with the freezing issues it is just ridiculous to have an ongoing charge. Please fix this app. A more reasonable cost would also be great.

UI buggy

UI is buggy at many screens, reporting all of them is time consuming. Using an iPhone 8. For example when my child complains that the screen is not doing anything, he would be starting an interactive level, back button would work, screen navigates, but objects won’t load or level starts. This app has good market potential, the number block brand is well known from YT and kids TV, and this is only one of two number block apps on AppStore. Fix your UX and profit.

Please fix this app

My son loves playing this game but there are a few issues. The app often freezes while he’s playing. We’ve also found he can’t play the bigger number levels as they just don’t show anything on the screen. When the bus levels come on he can only move one number blob. We’re happy to pay for this app but I think we’ll be cancelling subscription unless these glitches are fixed, which would be a shame because he really enjoys it and gets a lot out of it.

Quiz malfunction

Fantastic learning app. The only problem is the quiz screens are all grey and not able to see answers. You have to randomly press the screen to move on to the next stage. A fix is required.
