Bruh why is it so complicated

I’ve been using this service for about 5 years now because it was recommended to me by a computer security expert that works in securing the financial institutions encrypting framework. He said it was by far one of the best systems to protect you from spam and digital fraud, fraudulent phone calls by over seas entities and scam artist.
Free plan turn your contacts into ads
Free with limitations or having no free plan is understandable. But there is no excuse for turning every incoming call into an ad for their paid service.
UAE
This app doesn’t serve the calls in the UAE well
Crash in update, always asks for payment
It’s annoying that it always asks repayment whenever you try to report spams. Worse yet, it crashes when it tries to update the blacklist phone numbers. There’s no way to bypass the update even when you delete the app entirely and reinstall it. It goes right back to update phone numbers and crashes without any ability to bypass or exit out of updating. It’s a useless app. Delete it.
I tried all of the apps out there!!!
I don’t know how this all started with all these phone calls coming in that were potential scams and unknown numbers! I just knew it was driving me crazy! I ended up looking in the App Store to try to find an app that will help reduce the amount of fake calls I was getting!! I tried Numbo after trying about four or five of these apps are supposed to reduce and eliminate phone calls that were taking up my patience. I got lucky when I tried Numbo!!! I received one or two a day, and I know that they tried to take care of those also!!! Keep up the good work, Numbo!!!!
Fails to Update Database
This app over the last couple months has given me a lot of issues. The other aspect is when a company links to a poorly designed website for their “app support” link. This link should take you to a place to get help. Not your generic website main page. Going to communicate with Apple support to try and get some of my money back from this scam.
