I paid for a piece of software in a very early and not mature status of the app and as FINALLY it looks a bit better with some interesting kpi they downgraded me asking for a monthly fee!!! Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior !
Die App war einmal und ist bestimmt immer noch sehr gut und nützlich. Jedoch wurde nun das Bezahlmodell umgestellt und als langjähriger Nutzer wurde man nun „gegrandfathered“ und kann (dankenswerterweise) noch die Widgets nutzen, die man vor der Umstellung genutzt hat, aber keine anderen Widgets mehr hinzufügen ohne ein Abo abzuschließen. Als Kunde fühlt man sich hier ziemlich vernachlässigt.
Die App scheint viel zu können, aber im Preis von 10€ sind dann nur absolute Basics enthalten. Schon ein Custom JSON mit Authentifizierung soll zusätzliche 30€ kosten. Weder die Liste der 'Top In App Purchases' noch die Beschreibung informieren darüber, dass der eigentliche Preis für die beschriebenen Funktionen beim mehrfachen des App-Preises liegt.
Was soll ich sagen. Die App funktioniert wirklich gut. Die App selbst, Today Widget und auch auf der Watch (Komplikation!!). Und nun zum Aber: Ich war unfassbar abgeturnt als ich die In-App-Purchases gesehen habe. Teilweise bis zu 8€ zusätzlich für genau die Daten, die man von den jeweiligen Services gerne auslesen möchte - schlau... Und das bei fast jedem Service. Da kann ich nur sagen: Zu gierig. Ich weiß wie teuer Appentwicklung ist, aber bei einem Normalpreis von 10€ dann noch so teure IAPs... Nein!!
Viel zu überladen die App. Gerade versucht ein Twitter Widget zu konfigurieren. Geht nicht weil sich der Twitter Account nicht einrichten lässt. Klickt man dann auf Plugin funktioniert nicht kommt die Fehlermeldung, dass die Mail nicht konfiguriert ist obwohl sie konfiguriert ist. Den Rest erspare ich mir. Update: 30.10.2015 Funktioniert immer noch nichts.
I have to tap on every KPI from the RevenueCat integration to actually get updated numbers. All data should automatically refresh when I open the app!
No customer support Save yourself time and aggravation and look elsewhere
Nice Dashboard Tool. Read the documentation about each of the types of metric. It will help you in designing your graphs.
The iCloud synchronization experience is very bad. I often open the app and it shows that there is no data. I have to open it many times to get data, so I have canceled the subscription.
Was shaping up to be a great app, but very recently introduced a subscription fee. I've been a long time user, but no consideration for existing users with the new subscription. Was preparing to create and rollout multiple dashboards with several widgets each but am now limited to only 3 metrics without a subscription! So disappointed...
