Initially, I had a terrible experience with this service, as I had no internet connection during my vacation, which was extremely frustrating and wasted both my money and precious holiday time. However, after contacting the developer, they were responsive and worked to resolve the issue. While it did cost me time and caused some stress during my vacation, I appreciate that they eventually took steps to fix the problem. I’m revising my rating based on their support, but I hope they can improve the service to avoid such issues in the future.
Beware of Numero: Scam Alert and Poor Service Experience
I am extremely disappointed with my experience using Numero. I purchased a plan, but I did not receive the balance I paid for, nor was I provided with the necessary verification to use the service. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to scam customers. I demand an immediate resolution to this issue, including the restoration of my balance and proper verification. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to report this incident to the relevant consumer protection authorities and warn others about your unreliable and unethical practices.

This app and the customer service with it is awful. I never receive calls, and none of my text messages go out. It’s a waste of money.

Faite attention cette application est de l’arnaque, J’ai payé 20 € avant mon voyage et quand je suis arrivé à l’étranger pour activer l’application il me demande de payer à nouveau et de choisir le forfait. J’ai contacté leur support technique par courriel avec la preuve de payement: le reçu que j’ai reçu par courriel et jusqu’à date personne ne m’a répondu et je n’ai pas eu de remboursement.
