I paid for a yearly subscription but this app keeps popping up the payment option and blocking all the features.... pretty frustrating! There’s no contact information about customer service to get it resolved. I hope they can fix it or get me my money back.

Fantastic app but not working for me since the update - keeps crashing when I try to open it!
I like that I can keep track of things like immunisations and teeth etc. and the vitamin bundles are great. However I keep having to log in; even on the same day it would ask me to log in several times. I do not understand why it keeps logging me off. I have also had issues in the past when rcieding weight and height measurements. It kept deleting entries and then entries reappearing meaning I had duplicates. It also has vaccines as the combo as in 6-in-1 but also has the individual vaccines that are part of the 6-in-1. This means that if you select the combined one, it shows it as if you have vaccinations that you haven’t done. If it worked better I probably would be using it more than just on and off.
App won’t allow me to enter two different types of data (eg weight and height) on same calendar day. Entering one causes all others to be deleted. So having had weight, height and head circumference measured at one appointment unable to log them all and must choose just one parameter. Also found linking to GP wouldn’t work despite inputting correct login details.

Generally I love this app. I like being able to record my child’s milestones and achievements and keep track of her measurements. I love data. But for some reason the app doesn’t allow me to properly record her teeth. It occasionally axkonowldhws that I’ve input data and sometime it’s gone completely ans get when I try and re-enter it, it says it’s already there, but it’s not? It’s frustrating for what is otherwise a decent app.
What annoys me the most about this app is the kick counter. When you start recording the timer is set to 2 hours and every time you fee the baby press +. That would be fine if the counter didn’t stop every time you use your phone for anything else. You want to count the kicks and look at Facebook, read email, or call a friend ? No! Cause the app will stop working every time and you will have to start the counter again. This app expects you to do nothing on your phone for 2 hours and only have this app turned on to track the baby movements. And that is a huge fail from any developer.
I tried to register my child on my iPhone SE but can’t as the button at the bottom of the page to click done is covered by something else and so I can’t continue
