What is this since November have been contacting call support they always saying fixing…fixing for one year

Calling issue
Tried to reach overseas contact but it’s keep saying the mobile number is switched off yet it’s on
New update crashed the spp
Was working well until the new update. The app is now currently crashed and keeps showing a prompted error message every time you try to make an call. But generally it’s a-good App

Today i called the support number i mate a girl called valeri who she was on the phone i explain that thesse two days i could not call anyone she sayed she will report just like the guys i taked to two days before buh if forget there names i had ballanve of 822 now the new that am going to delet the acount they stole the 800 and left for me 22 only

This app has not been working for some days now I contacted a customer care called Vallery and she couldn’t even help

The app keep signing out after one day of login ..when you try to sign in verification code takes 3 to 4 hours to be sent
