I have been a member for like 10 years. And the great thing about the app and the credit union as a whole is; consistency. I don’t ever have to worry about anything happening or something not working, related to the app or the operations of my credit union. Also the are small loans offered and other programs that will you help you utilize your money more effectively.

This is the only app that I have that will just freeze up and spin and not take me to my banking page or I get half a page on the app instead of the full page. Checking my bank account. It is almost every single time when I log into the app that I have to turn my phone off and turn it back on to get the app to work. Very seldom can I login and get to my homepage first time. It’s an ordeal and a challenge, especially if you are out someplace and need to check your account balance quickly. This is a time drain and it causes me to work harder, not smarter. fix the glitch. Nobody wants it to freeze up to the point where the only way to get the app to work is to turn your phone off and reset it and I have deleted it and re-downloaded it, but that doesn’t work either.

The Best bank I’ve banked with in years! Amazing customer service the tellers are great. Any issue s I’ve had it’s been taken care of in a timely manner. Amazing help when it comes to building and fixing you credit etc. I will never go to any other another bank. Others might disagree but that your opinion and choice.

Problems with check deposit function
Out of Wells Fargo, bank of China I mean America, Kirkland,First convenience Bank, by far Nusenda is the best bank easiest to use app. Glad I finally changed.!
