Very problematic company
Our property management company recent switched to using Nutiliti and there have been major issues with them processing payments and making timely payments ever since. Our water was even switched off due to ‘nonpayment’ of our bill, due to a nonpayment from Nutiliti to our local city utility. Each month my bills show up as having a ‘payment error’ even though they are auto-drafted from our checking account, as set up following their instructions.
