Seems scammers
I was about to pay and just found this app on trustpilot where not even a single review was positive. All negative and seems they are scamming people. What a shame for the ones running this app.

Because I signed up through their website then it brought me to get the app, I have been unable to cancel, by the website I had expectations that this service would be more than just a calorie counter and dating timer that being said it is very overpriced and I am unable to cancel through the app even after submitting cancellation through the app I’m still being charged
I just started using this app and while I think the cards that help to explain the different phases of intermittent fasting are helpful and educational, I can’t get past the fact that whoever wrote these educational little nuggets doesn’t seem to know the difference between “to” and “too!” The last entry in the category Ketosis, for example, contains this warning: “Beware! Fasting for to long may have adverse effects…etc! It should be spelled, “Beware! Fasting for TOO long…” etc! Am I being nitpicky? No, I don’t think so. A little proof reading before publishing content for this tool provides a polished look that gives one the impression that the developers are educated and precise in the delineation of the information they are providing their users. Fix it.
It would be pretty helpful for this app to automatically start creating a grocery list that we can edit as you add meals to your week’s plans. I’d like to see everything I’m gonna need to for the week as I’m adding meals to each day. More recipes would be great too. The rest of the app seems fine. Here’s to hoping it helps.
Starting today the day before Thanksgiving. Will keep posting updates.
Good
Cancelé mi suscripción porque supuestamente es gratis los primeros días, FALSO, hace un mes hasta desinstalé la App y me siguen descontando
I’m a flight attendant and must travel often for work. I noticed recently that changes in time zones pushed back the fasting time. Example: when I flew from Seattle to Atlanta, my fasting time was going to end at 10:30 AM but once I got to Atlanta, the fasting time changed to 1:30 PM (3 hour time zone change) which subsequently confused me until I realized what happened. Maybe someone should take a look into this further.
Doesn’t work
The app seems to be well build and organized. I really like how it instructs you along the way. Will come back after my first month on it.
