I love this app it tells me how well I’m eating and I can track everything I’m eating all day and it scans foods.
This is a great app that simple and easy. The only thing it’s missing to be 5 stars is a weekly deficit stat and Home Screen widget. Maybe add a different colored trending line vs where your weights are for comparison.
After the first couple weeks of meal entry, thereafter it takes about 10-minutes total time per day to enter each of 3-meals , and 2-snacks. You can enter your water intake and exercise data too! Output not only includes all the nutritional data for that day, but also includes calories input vs calories output! It doesn’t get any better folks!
It’s good a tracking food and stuff, I guess. It’s nice being able to track what I eat, and this app does that. And it’s free. So it’s pretty ok.
Easy to use! Love how it breaks out the summary by day or by meal so you can see where your macros are coming from.
I enjoy using this app, barcode scanner isn't buggy, everything just works with little struggle
This app helps for controlling daily intake because it raises awareness. However, the percentage calculations are incorrect. For example, to get the percentage of calories from saturated fat, multiply the fat grams by 9, divide that number by total calories, and multiply by 100. The app does not reflect that. I don’t know how the percentages listed under daily value are calculated, but they’re not helpful.
I’m really enjoying this app. I love the upc scanner. It is making the nutrition component of my fitness journey just about effortless.
I will continue to use this app as it’s the best out there for losing weight through macros, not necessarily tracking your nutrients. I do wish it had a page to show you ALL those extra nutrient details (not just a few) so hopefully they will do that in the future. Otherwise you still have to use another app to track that. They have the potential to be the number 1 app if they can figure that part out. It’s pretty easy to use and I’ve recommended it to two other people, one of which is using it now too. Some improvements that need to be made: I weigh everything for consistent weight loss and there is no way to log your recipe in grams. You can only log servings of your recipes. It is not fun figuring out how many servings you have and how much your going to eat or did eat or didn’t eat. Grams would be so much easier. My weight loss progress would have been a lot faster with this option. You can’t scan ingredients in the recipe section. This is a major headache as the macros are usually off since I can scan the actual product I used. I meal plan and eat leftovers, and it’s very annoying that they only have a way to log ‘today’ and ‘yesterday’ quickly. I would use ‘tomorrow’ every day. I don’t use ‘yesterday’ ever. They don’t have ‘tomorrow’ so you have to click on the calendar each time and pick the date.
