Useless App and RM
Do Not get onto this platform for trading. Firstly its very non user friendly for which I had given feedback an year back but in vein. Also the Relationship Managers dont respond when you need them the most nor they pick up the call nor. Better to move to Zerodha which I found to be much better platform for Trading.
Positions update
While trading options it does not update positions when stoploss is hit you have to refresh to update positions. And yesterday i was not able to put stop loss on any positions. This app really need a lot of improvement. This app is not good for trading.
Overcrowded app
Too many features in a confusing manner. Also service is not good not as customer centric as zerodha. Maybe only good for HNI clients.
Worst App || Worst experience
This app will make you hate market. Poor structure, Worst reporting, always bothers with login
Bring gtt order feature
Sorry I was satisfied by the GUI of the app and all but badly missing the GTT feature because of which i am withdrawing my investments migrating to another broker. Even some friends of mine told me that they would've used nuvama broker if they had GTT feature available.
