This app was updated and has worked awesome since. Easy to use and very effective in finding details. The app is definitely user friendly.

Of all the various banking apps I have used, the Nuvision one is the worst one. I am having similar login issues as other users have reported where I am asked to verify MFA and Face ID only works once in a while. This app has been broken in different ways for a long time and I am losing hope that they will get it working like normal banking apps. Online banking is more important to me than going in-person.

I’m having the same issues as other users. App requires me to request access code every single time. For some reason the text option doesn’t work so I have to send the code to my email. Sometimes I’ll also get an error after logging in successfully. Besides those two issues, the app has been fine. Usability is a bit dated but works. Integration of Zelle feels a bit clunky. I should be able to pull Zelle recipients from my address book like the Zelle app or the Zelle on the Chase app. I’m hoping they’ll improve this in the future.

Not sure if it’s because i’m on the iOS beta or if it’s a recent app update, but without fail it asks me for a new secure access code when I login every. single. time. doesn’t matter how often I tell it to register my device, it refuses to. It still accepts my Face ID login, so clearly it’s remembered, but still makes me get an email/text/call

Attempted to pull up account loan, to make a payment. It keeps informing me that their is a system error, and my account is unable to pull up.

This app is intuitive and free of glitches. I like the updated look and ease of use, especially for check deposit.

Credit union is always helpful and willing to go above & beyond to satisfy their customers. Their APP is easy to use and link other accounts.

I enjoy using the app. It’s easy to navigate. I like that the app allows Touch ID which makes it even easier to open. I like that I can do everything on the app that I do on my computer at home.
