Amazing app for biomedical but really struggling to get sync with the Nuvolo on the computer. Also the UI on both platforms should be similar colors.

Not an SSO. Have to sign in every time I open it. My inputs very seldom save. There are several steps for a single move. So much time could be saved by limiting entries to make a single action. Close out of the app en route, save, open it back up, sign in (again), and see that I’m no longer en route after my travel. Terrible afterthought of an app. Hardly runs like it was developed overnight by a sleep deprived, blind, government employee.

This app is garbage you have to reload almost after every entry. Times gou out of the app just about every day. Don’t know why anybody would still be using this app can’t wait for it to disappear

At least once every week i am defaulting to a white screen. When this occurs, I have to reload my site information. This process takes 4 to 5 hours and during the process my I pad Nuvolo function is not able to be used. I have done multiple GE SOS tickets and they have not been able to help.

The application seems to need to reload the database nearly daily. To properly reload an IT/SOS ticket needs to be placed and responded to before the app can be reinstalled. Then the database load takes place and can take multiple hours where you have to babysit the device so the screen won’t turn off. This completely hamstrings any workflow and prevents a tech from working on equipment and doing their job.

I work at a large facility and we use Nuvolo for our maintenance work orders. There are many different buildings. With Nuvolo there is no way for me to sort my work orders by building or by floor. Instead I have to scroll through one by one to see if I have any other work orders in that same building. I typically have 100-200 work orders assigned to me at any time, so this takes a while. Also, you can only have 25 work orders displayed on a page, and there is a nice delay as you are trying to go to the next page of work orders. Another frustrating thing is with one slight misclick, the app allows me to create a time charge with zero minutes. This then throws off my hours count for the day. Instead of telling me how many hours I have charged for the day it just says N/A. I only gave it a 1 because 0 was not an option.
