I’ve never had an issue with this app and it’s generally worked well; however, as of an update done around April/May 2024, I am no longer able to view statements. I prefer to view statements and review usage before making payments, but now I have to go to a computer. It’s frustrating.

There hasn’t been a single time I’ve used the app where I didn’t have to log in again. Sometimes I have to log in again after a minute of using it.

App will not let me view my statement

It asks me to update my password and when I do it sends a code to my email address, but I never receive the code. I get the online bill on the same email address. Thank you

I like this app it’s fantastic to be able to track energy usage but the 2-factor authentication stopped working recently. Please fix

This company needs to be dismantled and have their monopoly taken away from them. Gas prices alone are telling that they’re a mafia. Let alone terrible customer service, and terrible app.

There cannot be. Worse utility company in the world…they are clueless …their website never works although they insist it is okay…try to,pay with a credit card. These idiots cannot even direct that correctly….they need to be taken over by a company that cares and can do something correctly..just the worst

I am constantly having issues logging in and with 2 step verification. This app needs a good hard look into what we are dealing with.

It’s sad how much money this company makes yet they can’t even make a decent enough app to even pay them

Every time I log on it’s a roll of dice as to whether or not the app is going to work. But is it really a surprise to me when it doesn’t work? Absolutely not.
