Can you please send me your email address to communicate about the recent update which is not displaying any images on my iPhone X or iPad Pro (black screen) although these are clearly visible when viewing the camera set-up page.
I have not received a reply to my emails to you of March 10th or 21st. There is a working RTSP stream to the apps on both my iPhone and iPad but the screen remains blank.

June update broke it
The June update has stopped remote viewing from working. I can login fine so the setting are correct however the picture on every camera is black. The cameras are fine because if I remotely access by web browser it works. Also the developer website isn't working so there is no way to obtain help.

Crashes when trying to use it in search
Hi, thanks for the update but when I am viewing my cameras in multi view and then fast forward it is crashes every time. It doesn't actually fast forward either it just stops.
The rest of the app in live view seems to be working but the main part that I installed my $5000 security system for cant be used with this app.
Crashes
When I initially installed this app, it was working. However, now when I try to start it, it crashes immediately.
Unreliable
This was a very useful app but it is now very unreliable and constantly crashes especially when you are viewing footage for a specific date and time. It is very frustrating and renders the app useless.
Useless
As effective as an ashtray on a motorcycle. Lite version is rubbish too. Just use your browser. This is seriously flawed.
NViewer 1.2.14 not working with IOS 6.2
Quite a useful app but some customers who have upgraded to IOS 6.2 cannot get "no video" please fix ASAP !
