Works only at home
This is not a good app at all. Randomly works at home and has never worked away.
App left abandoned, developer is missing in action.
Haven’t been updated since past 2 or more years, the app crashes every time and has lot of bugs needs to be repaired , i think the developer has left the app abandoned, or he is not interested in this business anymore.

No customer support and goes out constantly! Not the internet it’s the service itself. Very frustrating!!!!!!

There is NO customer support. The installers are scammers. The cameras are garbage. The app is garbage. Buy any other brand accept this garbage.
Awful
This is absolutely useless. Never works. Always skipping and can never bring up past footage. If you have a business make sure you use ANYTHING but this app.
Sometimes works
When it works, I did say when, it is ok. Although it does seem to skip sometimes. However the app stops connecting to my cameras about 4 times a year. It isn’t reliable. When I need to see something the most is usually when I can’t.
Doesn’t work
Having issues connecting on iPhone 12pro max. Worked with previous iPhones
