NX Bus mTicket

not working in 15 pro with 18 version

My friend bought monthly student ticket from app and they deduct money from their account and didn’t authorise the ticket. Such a pathetic customer service we are trying to call but they are not picking up the call as well. Pathetic app display and pathetic customer service.

Bus I take to work is regularly over 30 mins late and there’s no way to tell unlike other apps like stagecoach

The prices keep increasing.

Add the functionality it’s 2024

Sick of using this app, we code doesn’t scan, tried even with my screen protector off. It shouldn’t take ages for it to scan and keep moving your phone about in different positions, bus drivers act arsey with you when it doesn’t scan when in reality you’ve paid however much for a ticket.

this app is hella embarrassing when it doesn’t get scanned. it’s a qr code there shouldn’t be any issue.

I have been to 10 shops today and they have said that they do not do bus passes. Change to pay point. It’s getting ridiculous now.

Not everyone can afford to live on the latest Apple software update. I’m currently on ios 14 and half of the travel and finance apps I NEED TO LITERALLY LIVE MY LIFE dont work. I have to resort to paying extra for a swift card online which I can’t afford in this cost of living crisis

Downloaded at the bus stop only to be told by the driver “you can’t use those tickets, those buses don’t come down this road” So had to pay twice. No wonder public transport is dying in the UK.
