NY State Fair

Going to the Great New York State Fair? Don't leave home without this free app! This app shows you what's happening and where using a detailed map of the fair. Select an event from the daily schedule and the app will zoom in to show you where the event is located. You can also zoom in and out by hand for greater detail. During the fair, the schedule opens to the current time - no need to scroll through events.
This app does NOT require internet access - all data is stored on your device. If internet access is available, this app will dynamically update the schedule so that you always have the latest information. For the latest schedule information, we recommend running the app for a few minutes with internet access before you visit the fair.

Does NOT show vendor names or locations (except for a few personal favorites) at this time. A link to the fair food finder was added at our users request.
A Map Legend is available on the map with a link to it at the bottom of the buildings/exhibit list found under the FIND button along with a couple of my favorite stops.
Tapping on building numbers displays the building name on supported devices.
Tap and double-tap provides two levels of zoom to that location on supported devices.

If you have trouble running the app, close some of your other apps which are running in the background using up the memory on your device.
Written by someone who grew up two miles from the fairgrounds. Over the years while attending the fair, I would check the printed guide to see what was happening and where. This app was created to easily answer the two things you need to know - what is happening now and where. I hope you enjoy the fair as much as I do.
