Cannot Make Call for the last few months

Very poor service from the last few months, unable to make call at all, I still have sufficient balance in my account but cannot utilised, waste of money.

POOR service

When I started using Nymgo a few years back it was great. Helpful support. Efficient and functioning service. Recently I’ve been unable to make calls or send messages. Tried from different devices to different countries with no success. Their support were quick to answer and make promises of escalation, with silence since. Numerous requests for support and nothing. They’ve become another service that is quick to take your money and give little to nothing back. I’d recommend finding another VOIP app service. Don’t fall for their falseness.

Excellent

Great software with excellent call quality on a budget …! Only downside is that, you need good wifi or 3G/ 4G coverage to talk the way you normally do …!! These days I don't even feel if I'm on a UMTS or on Nymgo … and real cheap rates, the killer combination that nobody can beat …!!! Try it ……
