猫扑智OA的功能主要包括公文处理、公告发布、集团通讯录、信息查询、日程管理和邮件提醒等功能。其中公文处理为主要功能包括新建公文、公文处理批复、公文流转、公文查阅和建立公文列表等功能。具体功能如下：
第一、协同移动办公技术创新。猫扑智OA基于B/S、C/S两种手机版本的应用架构，支持iPhone版手机操作系统，使随时随地移动办公成为可能。C/S手机版支持消息push功能，即便在未登录系统的情况下，也能接收到新消息提醒。
