Mr Ankit helped me out for configuring smart plug device in whole process he was very helpful and kept his patience throughout understanding my issue . Thanks for wonderful service .

Syncing with its own app is buggy. It gets added even though the app shows it failed. Works through the app just fine but I am not able to add it to my Google Home so I can share the control with my family. Moreover there is a feature to invite other members to use it inside the app but that also doesn’t work. It shows an error sending email invitation to members.

Everytime there is connectivity issues. The Oakter plug keeps disconnecting. And there is no one to sort this issue.

My Oakplug and the Oakter app on my iPhone were not working. I lodged a complaint and Mr. Ankit Angad Shrivastav promptly got the same working fine in quite a short period of time. Good service 👍. I’m very satisfied.

Some Problem everytime

From past few days my google home is not able to reach oakter smart device. When i asked their team, it seems google home support is now discontinued. How can you do this? What about the customers who are using it already like me??

Oakter makes my work easy. The smart plug and smart remote helped me a lot making lot of smart things scheduling on and off. I love to use these products.Thank you Oakter
