The app is great. Oakville United Taxi is horrible. At 3:33 pm, I scheduled a taxi to pick me up at work at 5:15 pm. I got conformation of my booking and I got a text saying my taxi was on its way. At 5:17 I CALL Oakville United Taxi - they tell me my booking has been cancelled. They told me to call a different taxi company. They DID send an EMAIL at 5:03 - which I didn’t get until later. I missed my appointment and incurred a charge for missing my appointment. I was trying to support my local taxi company instead of Uber. I will not be using them again.
Trip to airport
App is not flexible to identify your departure time , you just order prior travelling, this feature should be added App doesn’t send a detailed reset show taxes and tips
Where’s the discount for using the app?
My sister has been using Oakville United daily for years and won’t budge on the rate. She switched to the app expecting a discount as advertised but nothing has changed.
This app is what we need.
Driver arrived in a couple minutes. Literally HALF the price of the uber. When we first checked uber it said $17. Then we went inside to get a jacket and went back ou $25 in 3 minutes. Then my buddy logged in to check $35.
Poorly designed.
Let’s you book trips that aren’t valid and gives no notice that your taxi won’t show up.
