Login crashes - repeatedly
Got kicked out due to OANDA internal issues. Tried logging in 3x unsuccessfully (due to OANDA issues) and had my account blocked. Called the help line to get my account unblocked and, due to the high volume of calls (your system was down), it took a long time to speak to a human. Login was resolved, and then an hour later the same thing happened again. Please try to increase the reliability of your platform

Bad CS
Called customer service several times ! Told me they will get back back to me / they are investigating the issue ! It has been close to 2 months already , nobody has contacted me or replied to my emails that i have sent recently
Annoying ads on YouTube
Keep seeing annoying ads of this app on YouTube. Worst part is the voice actor in the ad. Has 0 appeal and sounds like they picked a random person with 0 experience to narrate during the ad. Would be more inclined to use the app if there was no one speaking in the ad.
Not user friendly especially for quick day trade
Not user friendly especially for quick day trade
App never loads
My app never loads when I’m outside home using 4G connection. Only works when I am at home using Wi-Fi. So when I’m outside, I’m stuck with using the website which has a terrible interface on mobile.
