Bought several vehicle codings for my id.3 but get the response ‘webservice VW-Audi-Seat-Skoda is currently unavailable due to maintenance’ After 4 weeks this problem still isn’t solved. I get no support and they wont tell me what the problem is and when they think it will be fixed.

Habe vor über einer Woche das dazugehörige Interface bestellt. Da es keinerlei Bestellstatus gab habe ich zwei Mails geschrieben und 10 mal auf 4 verachiedenen auf der Seite angegebenen Festnetz- und Mobilnummern angerufen. Auf keiner geht jemand ran. Der Laden hat definitiv Probleme. Also voricht bevor man bezahlt!!

Ich habe den Adapter und Codierung-Flatrate gekauft. Es kam aber nie eine Lieferung bei mir an. In der Firma ist niemand erreichbar und Mail bekommt man keine Antwort. Ich hatte mit Paypal bezahlt und konnte mir so mein Geld zurückholen. In Beiträgen bei Motor-Talk gibt es Einige, die wie ich keine Ware erhalten haben.

Telefonisch niemand mehr zu erreichen. Firma scheint wohl pleite zu sein. Achtung nicht kaufen keine Antwort auf E-Mail oder Telefon

Habe über die Webseite 2x versucht zu bestellen , habe 2x mit Paypal bezahlt. Keine bestellbestätigung, keine Bestellung im kundenkonto hinterlegt. Stattdessen kam jeweils 20 min später eine Erstattung. Aber auf Nachfragen wird nicht reagiert.
