Takes payments, but does not deliver tickets
No need to bother with this app despite all the promotion by AKZ. You pay for your ticket (on an Autotrans / Arrival bus), you show the QR code to the controller… does not work, and the controller forces you to buy another ticket on the spot. Then you write to the customer service, which first answers you in a very blurry way (« this code is not the code ») and, when you ask for further explanation, switches to Croatian to tell you thay you should have been to the counter to show your QR code and get your ticket printed. And that’s it, they just plainly ignore you after that, so don’t dream about getting reimbursed if the controller can read your QR code (he will also not care about the ticket number). Thieving app made by a thieving company.
